We are looking for a high-performing Market Research & Customer Co-ordination Assistant Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

  • Be responsible for the maintenance, development and integrity of the customer database, ensuring the data is accurate, current and consistent
  • Getting New Leads by targeting new clients and building good sales funnel
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s client network and ensures its strong presence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer database, identifying opportunities to improve marketing systems and data management
  • Assist staff in using the database to support their business operations
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
  • Answer all phone calls and emails directed to the customer care department and deal with them as possible or provide detailed information to forward on to the appropriate individual.
  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with all in office and works personnel as required
  • Correspondence with buyers or Marketing team regarding order closing date and other information as required after taking confirmation from PPC department.
  • 1+ years’ B2B Market Research Experience
  • Excellent people management skills.

  • Ability to develop comprehensive multimedia marketing plans.
  • Superior interpersonal, relationship building with strong customer orientation.

  • Familiarity with CRM software working.
  • Sound knowledge of MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL & MS-POWERPOINT, MS – OUTLOOK.

Education:  MBA/PGDM
Relevant Experience:  Relevant experience as a market research analyst for the company’s customer database building.
CTC per annum:  Salary as per Industry Standards + Incentive as per company standard
Will I travel?  Must Travel within the citywithin the city if required.
Preferred Domain:  Manufacturing & B 2 B Products Marketing company.
Total Experience:  1 – 2 Years of Exp. as Market Research Analyst
