We are looking for a high-performing Exports Executive/Sr.Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

  • Handle sales and export marketing activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with international clients, agents, and freight forwarders for timely order execution.
  • Manage Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for export order planning.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain records of export transactions and update sales data in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research to identify global customers and expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups and foreign exchange management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in export operations (preferably in flexible packaging or manufacturing industry).
  • Knowledge of export documentation and logistics procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:  MBA/PGDM
Relevant Experience:  Relevant experience into Exports for the company’s customer database building.
CTC per annum:  Salary as per Industry Standards + Incentive as per company standard
Will I travel?  Must Travel within the citywithin the city if required.
Preferred Domain:  Manufacturing & B2B Products Marketing company.
